Our office is located at 213 E. Lane Street, directly across from North Carolina's Governors mansion in the historic Bailey Tucker House. Before serving as our law office the Bailey Tucker House served as North Carolina's official guest house, hosting Presidents, Governors, Prime ministers, a crown Prince, and Princess Anne of England. Most notably is served many times as a home away from home for North Carolina's own, Andy Griffith!
A former defense and trial attorney, Duane's practice has focused solely on real estate law for over 15 years.
Duane's interest in Real Estate began over 40 years ago, passing the NC Real Estate Licensing course in 1985. Since then he has invested in both residential and commercial properties and as an attorney, helped more than ten thousand people do the same.
Lisa Johnson has over 30 years of experience working as a real estate Paralegal. She has performed title searches for tens of thousands of residential and commercial transactions. With a strong focus on client service, she assists the team in drafting documents and ensuring that all legal procedures are followed smoothly, becoming an invaluable resource for our clients.
